Just wrote a review complaining about service and received a phone call from the owner. Very pleasant and respectful man. He explained the reason for the charges and discontinuation of service. I am happy with that and for that reason I think this company deserves a second chance.

Friday night. Six pm. . Six dinner guests due to see my new home for the first time. arriving at seven. I opened my kitchen door to the garage and found the floor flooded!!! As a new owner with NO paperwork on the cooling system, I was relieved to find a Cooling Advisor sticker on the unit with their phone number. Excellent, professional and they stand behind their product 100%. Keith, a Technician has been serving my AC unit with great attention to detail. Cooling Advisors offers a service Contract with 2 free tune ups a year. I RECOMMEND 100%

Another great appointment with Roy. This was my 6 month maintenance checkup. Everything was perfect. All my questions were answered. I was updated on what he was doing and the results/suggestions. I am so happy with Cooling Advisors and Roy that I recommended them to my neighbor. She was 100% satisfied with the service she received.
