As always, Rob and his team are competent and reliable and a fine example that "customer service" still exists!
The technician (Robert) did a good job. Cooler. However, was surprised as he did not wear a mask or booties
Great technicians. Kevin excellent discovered one of r units was low on refrigeration and once he added fluid vents were on average 6 degrees cooler. Kenny repaired a lot of duck work for us and actually added a vent in a room we were having trouble with. All done to r satisfaction. Dani in the office is professional and returns calls quickly. Bob the owner very personable and knowledgeable. We r in the "cooling club" which nets us quick service and semi annual maintenance
