service man was friendly and was able our problem with one visit. When he left we were cool and comfortale once again.
from the phone call to the ac working again was an amazing experience, they updated us on time frames and when the tech was on the way, there was no over the top pushing of “everything” wrong with our unit and just a very simple solution they worked fast and didn’t mind explaining everything they were doing and answering all my questions .. even advised us on how to make it how our unit will work better (without a sales pitch or trying to sell us anything!)
