Very happy with this company, everyone is polite, knowledgeable, helpful. If I have a problem in the middle of the night, they’re coming and solve it. I would recommend them without hesitation . Good job.
I truly felt extremely comfortable from my first communication with danni who was my initial contact, though to Robert t who was my onsite technician. My short story is that I am typically out of town and had an extremely tight window to be able to meet with the company to service my hvac unit. I feel very lucky to find COOLING ADVISORS! Professionals, knowledgeable, honest Company! I met Sean, that explained what I needed in my house. My system was soo old, was time to replace it. They did in a timely manner, adjusted to my working schedule. Kenny and Kevin did a super professional work in my house. Fast, efficient, friendly. I feel now part of the family of COOLING ADVISORS!.
