From the time I placed my service call to the time the repair person (Sean T.) arrived was less than two hours. My air was up & running cool quickly. Sean T. was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The customer service rep was excellent also.

We have very high ceilings in the living room and my wife noticed mildew forming around the air conditioning vent. With the ceiling being too high to reach even with a very tall ladder, Cooling Advisors had one of their people access the attic through a very small difficult to access opening, crawl to the area and insulate the connection. He then did his best to eliminate the mildew and offered to change all the air filters. Once again Cooling Advisors was quick to respond and went all out to solve our problem.
