We have very high ceilings in the living room and my wife noticed mildew forming around the air conditioning vent. With the ceiling being too high to reach even with a very tall ladder, Cooling Advisors had one of their people access the attic through a very small difficult to access opening, crawl to the area and insulate the connection. He then did his best to eliminate the mildew and offered to change all the air filters. Once again Cooling Advisors was quick to respond and went all out to solve our problem.

Very satisfied with same day service from Robert. House temperature was in the mid 80s and within a span of 5 hours from placing the call, house temperature was 78 degrees. Thank you very much for the prompt service and professional service from Robert.

Excellent service. Kevin was well spoke, polite and technically competent. I felt like he really cared and was taking my AC and financial concerns into consideration before making any recommendations. He even offered to look further into my need for an ultra violet replacement bulb verses replacing the entire unit which was out of my price range. I hope he is successful in his findings. I would definitely recommend this company and Kevin.
