They came on time and fixed the problem on a Sunday evening. I will definitely use them again.

Got the repair necessary to get the unit operational after a long day in hot summer temps. Also got an education about the breakdown. Decided to accept their offer for a maintenance program because, clearly, we’re not good at it. It was my daughter, Kim, who referred me to them as she’s very happy with their service and product as well. It was nice doing business with you, Robert Sr.
Extremely happy with the emergency service! Rob was excellent! He answered his phone immediately which was pleasantly surprising. Called 3 other companies before Cooling Advisors and nobody answered. Rob provided quick service and explained everything very clearly. Great service!
