Went inside to ask about a auto loan, being they have the lowest rates. Was immediately greeted friendly at the door and the loan officer had me in the office and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional and they made it a great experience.
I loved the people that helped me. They were very helpful and professional. However, I hated that I had to do so much on line and there wasn't a Coosa Valley network that I could join. I couldn't get internet service inside the building.
The manager of the CV is very respectful and well behaved and my work was done carefully, thank you. The first bank that quickly activated my account for me, who just immigrated to America, and I am very grateful to them
I presented in person to ask a list of about 16-17 questions. I was warmly greeted by the first lady who saw me at the front desk and her name was Kim. She escorted me to a breakout room and answered all of my questions in a very warm and friendly manner. I appreciated Kim's nice smile and helpful demeanor. I like this Credit Union and I'm sure anyone would be well served to join. I have a family member who loves their membership at the Cartersville location.
