Reliant Realty has all the things needed to be a great company. However it takes great customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. Had a fuel issues in the 2 years, were all eventually worked out. The move out went much smoother than expected.
The homes offered for rent and sale are nice. The online site used is efficient and the best way to contact them. The company only knows basic information about your potential new home. Do research on your own prior to signing a lease about the whole area.

I rented from Reliant and it was the worst experience of my life. I have never written a bad review ever until now. I moved into a home that was not punted and had water damage. I was promised by Reliant that these issues would be fixed. I was there for 12 months and it was never fixed. Then I got charged $700 out of my deposit because of these issues. Regardless of the e-mails I have from them saying that I wouldn't be charged along with the move in inspection they decided to charge me anyway. Also, state law requires them ... read more
