The people of True Homes for the Copper Ridge development have always been pleasant and responsive. The floor plans allow for lots of customizations, but the homes are not what some might consider a premium "custom home" like you might find in a golf community, etc. The final cost of the homes is not easy to understand up front as there are a two rounds of upgrades (structural and design center) that are not very transparent or accessible during the initial sale. As a real estate professional, we see many types of builders…but then there is True Homes. They are EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end!! The quality and customer satisfaction is beyond compare.
