Juilliau was so polite. She was the most patient, polite, professional, and kind customer representative that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above and beyond and always took her time. To make sure that I understood the details. Really enjoy talking wirh her over the phone.

Jay was super helpful! Jay used his knowledge and obvious experience to help me thru what could have been a really bad situation. My credit card had a security issue and did not honor the autopay that was set up for me. He took a payment over the phone and inputted the information for my new card and restarted the auto pay for me. All in a matter of minutes! And not only was Jay professional, he was polite and patient with me. Thank you Jay!!!
Ivy was very helpful, she was polite and knowledgeable. I had originally rented an 8 x 8 unit that I quickly discovered was going to be too small. Ivy guided me through the process to cancel the 8 x 8 and get a special deal on a 10 x 10.
