Let me say at the first couple of months I was very happy. Very helpful & quick when i realized i needed a larger unit right in the middle of moving my things in. I was able to acquire & get access to the larger unit within an hour. Would've left 5 stars if thats where it ended. I just attempted to access my unit @ 11pm & can not get inside the gate. There is now a sign on the gate saying that there is limited access times from 6am - 9pm. 24 hour access was a MUST for me. I am greatly disappointed that I wasnt even made awar... read more
Juilliau was so polite. She was the most patient, polite, professional, and kind customer representative that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above and beyond and always took her time. To make sure that I understood the details. Really enjoy talking wirh her over the phone.
Well I rented a 10x10 last month. I was robbed with in 3weeks. I lost a very large part of what I owned. The police say that they get robbed every month. Its been a couple weeks since this happened. The manager keeps putting off looking at the footage im sure buy now it has auto deleted and ill just be out luck finding my stuff. Don't do it! Go somewhere else. Appletree storage is no good. There is a lot more to this story than I can tell today. Run!
