This place over charges. They are always increasing the rent. They lock your online account and then charge you to make a payment. Do not use this company. Your answer or comment to my post suggests that my account was past due and it was not. I went to pay my rent on the first day of the month and I had no access so I called and was told that I could only pay by phone until they researched the issue and then charged me for having to pay by phone.
