Good price. Jenny walked me thru the sign up form quickly and explained everything clearly. Took less then half an hour.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. I paid for a 10x20 unit they said was available and when I came to store my things the unit was locked. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with customer service for them to tell me they were actually sold out of 10x20. They tried to move me to a larger unit but the door won’t even open on the other unit. I will be requesting a full refund and warning everyone I know to stay away from this place.
