I made my reservation tonight through Gullian, who was a fantastic help, not only by giving me all the information I needed , but followed up with an email with all important details. We also got disconnected during our call which went beyond 6pm closing time, and she immediately called me right back. What a refreshing delight. I highly recommend giving your business to this company.
Patricia aguiran was wonderful in helping me get a temp controlled storage slot. She was so helpful and nice with helping me out. She made sure I understood everything and was able to complete the paperwork.
Angela aka Angel was very polite and helpful to me when I called to discuss payment arrangements! And they are always willing to work with you if you just communicate with them here . It’s a nice change most places want u to default so they can have your belongings in the storage unit sometimes! Not here they are awesome. So I approve lol
Jay was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my rental with copper storage but I had to say goodbye. Jay was helpful in making the closing out process very easy.
