This would be a five star review, but the sliding door to enter the building with the A side units will not open when I type in my access code or use the app. The keypad says ACCESS GRANTED and turns green, but the door will not open. I’m paying for service that I’m not able to use and need RIGHT NOW. I have called 3 to 4 times for help with nothing resolved.
Angela, was very helpful setting up the unit and answering any and all of my questions. Great communication and a happy smooth moving experience
Angela Aranas was very helpful at helping me close my account. I moved out of my unit a week ago and forgot to call and have my account closed out. She was very understanding and helped me get everything straightened out.. I used that storage unit for a little over 2 years and was totally satisfied with the security of the storage building.
Ailene was great. Extremely helpful. Got me through the process quickly and easily.
