This would be a five star review, but the sliding door to enter the building with the A side units will not open when I type in my access code or use the app. The keypad says ACCESS GRANTED and turns green, but the door will not open. I’m paying for service that I’m not able to use and need RIGHT NOW. I have called 3 to 4 times for help with nothing resolved.
Angela Aranas was very helpful at helping me close my account. I moved out of my unit a week ago and forgot to call and have my account closed out. She was very understanding and helped me get everything straightened out.. I used that storage unit for a little over 2 years and was totally satisfied with the security of the storage building.
Patricia was very patient. She walked me through each step in very detailed format. The storage unit uses an app to enter which may be convenient for some people but not my thing
Rose was incredibly helpful in getting my two 10/10 units rented with the first months promo! She made the process easy and painless!
Very nice storage facility-excellent customer service-Irene Gamos went above & beyond to correct some billing issues I was having-highly recommend
