I have been using Copper Safe storage since March 2025. I chose them for their climate controlled units, the security, location and cleanliness. I have to say now that I have dealt with their staff I also appreciate them too. In the past I have had help from Marianne and she was amazing. Today, Jetz helped me and he was amazing as well!! Thank you for your help Jetz!!
I’ve only used this facility for one month so far. Seems pretty nice and I like the idea of the unit being climate controlled. Customer service Jossef was helpful in getting my auto pay set up. Thank you and will update if anything changes with my satisfaction.
Patricia Aguiran was extremely kind and helpful when enrolling for a unit. She walked us through the steps to download the app and to get access to the building.
This would be a five star review, but the sliding door to enter the building with the A side units will not open when I type in my access code or use the app. The keypad says ACCESS GRANTED and turns green, but the door will not open. I’m paying for service that I’m not able to use and need RIGHT NOW. I have called 3 to 4 times for help with nothing resolved.
Julian was amazing! Helped me with everything I needed plus more! Definitely will be working with you guys more for storage!😁🫶
