I spoke with Patricia and she had spoke wonderfully in helping me in getting a unit. She explained everything well and helped with any questions I did have.
NOT climate controlled, Roaches in the building and the whole building smells like cigarettes. No way to tour the building or see units without paying because it’s completely remotely managed. Manager is rude and refused to issue a refund when they have proof we never signed their contact. Don’t recommend using this place..
Ivy providing excellent service and took care of the issue I was having with Great ease. When I I spoke to two other Representatives that could not accomplish what she did in 10 minutes.
This would be a five star review, but the sliding door to enter the building with the A side units will not open when I type in my access code or use the app. The keypad says ACCESS GRANTED and turns green, but the door will not open. I’m paying for service that I’m not able to use and need RIGHT NOW. I have called 3 to 4 times for help with nothing resolved.
Ryan was great help. Been storing my belongings here for almost a year now never had an issue . Great controlled units .
