Our excellent experience with Guillian was great!!! she was very simple and helped us get a storage right away with the monthly promotions at a very good rate! i highly recommend
Maintenance is horrible , they have had an outdoor faucet running for 4 months . Reported it three times. We have a temp controlled unit and they have had the doors propped open because their auto locks aren't working now fir 4 weeks
Copper safe is a great place to work with! So nice. Jasmine was very prompt and friendly to get me all fixed up with a very nice storage unit. Highly recommend! !👍
Negative stars!! Don’t rent here, we moved units and paid the bill and paid the bill on the new unit. They want to double charge and call and harass us. They told my husband the bill is paid until October 1st but that’s not the case. Beware don’t use them! They are scam artists.when you call them with your banking info to prove you paid them they hang up on you … they have no idea on what is going on. Every single person tells you something different..
Dieter was very helpful and disclosed information In a very professional manner answering questions and getting me through the application for rental of unit.
