Excellent customer service representative. Management could be more considerate to the customers instead of hogging money. If a customer has been paying for several months faithfully and they get paid the last of each month why lock their storage unit. Customers do not mind paying late fees but to lock them out after the 5th day is crazy and inconsiderate of the customer needs.
Ms. Patricia was very nice to me over the phone and I was able to get a storage last minute to secure my items
Do not use this company!!!!! They offer you storage at a reasonable price and then jack up the price many times. Getting out of the payments in difficult! I had an Antique Dealer clean out my Dad's storage unit and I told them I was out and they kept sending me bills and told me they were putting a lien on it! Steer clear if you possibly can! Terrible!
I am still getting billed from this company!!!!! I have been out of the unit since November! These people are crooks. I would tell anyone to steer clear of this place. Because I am out of state and cannot get to Mississippi they are gauging me!
The customer service was great it was very easy and they were very helpful and patient guillian was great and was very professional.
