UPDATED: Patricia Aguiran was really friendly and helpful initially. Unfortunately the unit I rented was not accessible and could not get into. I had already been charged and after almost two hours of being on the phone and driving around town trying to find a temperature regulated storage unit, and being charged for the unit I was unable to move in.
