If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, I don't know where to begin. Let's see, they upped my rate a month after getting a unit. The unit was dirty and unattended to when I got it. I told them I was moving out and they still tried to charge me my monthly fee and late fee and wouldnt refund me despite me being moved out. Customer service is bad, and unhelpful. Save your time and money. Don't waste the time or hassle dealing with these guys.

Don’t rent here! The costs (storage rental, insurance, additional fees) continually go up continually. The gate has been repaired recently which is a plus (before that the gate was broken so remained open, not secured for at least 4 months), but have been twice in the last week and cannot get into the gate, with only sorry we cannot assist you replies on the phone. Needless to say I cannot access my unit that I desperately need to get into.
