Ryan was a great rep. He helped me in a time of need to meet my price range for a unit. Very well knowledgeable about questions that I had that I never had to ask because he explained everything.
Reserved a unit online with no issues, had a problem finding the exact location as to there are 3 in my area but once I found them it was easy to get into and replace the lock. Drop off was easy as well.
Wonderful place, meets all of our storage needs. Spoke with Rose on the phone and she was very delightful, answered all of it questions and got us an amazing rate, very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend
Jasmine was very nice and patient over the phone so the process was simple enough I give her personal customer service 5 stars even though whoever works in personal insurance verification should take another class or two as I will be calling back with USAA on the phone to get my credit on insurance I already pay
