Patricia was great! Signing up was very easy and quick! She was very detail oriented! I would deff recommend to someone else if they ever need a storage unit! Update: There seemed to be confusion with the size of the unit that I bought. I asked which unit would be best for an entire living room suit and bedroom suit and she suggested the 5X10 and instead of thinking I just agreed and of course it was way too small, that was my fault for not paying attention!
