Copper bought the facility my unit is in. Since they have purchased it i have had numerous billing issues with them. Their idea of the bill comes out on the 1st is more like “somewhere around the 1st. No problem if it’s after. My Pension check has hit. Before the 1st and it’s a problem. Not having an office in town gives you know one to discuss the issue with and their customer service is lackluster to say the least. Ive had this unit for 20 years and had no problems until they purchased the facility. I will be moving.
