Ryan was very friendly, informative and helpful with the size of unit we were needing. He helped walk me through filling out the contract and getting the signatures needed. Thank you for making this part of moving hassle free.
This is a NICE facility… very clean! I went through the process of switching size of units after originally moving in 2 months ago…there was a new contract, new auto pay, dropped their company insurance I had purchased in the beginning… there were two pro-rated amounts we were dealing with both for the first unit and the second. Very helpful with filling out what was needed over the phone. Ruth was very patient and professional during the whole process. Answered all questions and concerns I had.
I've rented a couple times with them and have had great experiences. The process is easy, easy access and units are always clean. I recommend!
Price is doable, facility is top-notch. And fantastic people like Andre who are dedicated and definitely here to help make this place a no-brainer
