Spoke to 3 different representatives including Sam who I asked several times what my fee Would be before I signed the final contracts. Was called back later by someone else that said I owed more money. And ! That it would cost 50 dollars more every month. Very misleading and very sneaky after I agreed and signed all of my documents.
Ram is very good with customers. I was having problem changing my credit card method online. She did it for in about 2 minutes. Thank you Ram
I loved storing my belongings at Copper Safe Storage on Cleveland Highway! I finally got a big enough place to store all of my belongings so I currently closed my account and unit with them. I want to give Ivy a shout out for helping me close my unit. Ivy made it simple and easy! Thank you Copper Safe Storage for housing my belongings until I had my own space.
Jasmin was extremely helpful with resolving my issues and so far have had no issues with copper safe!
