This is a NICE facility… very clean! I went through the process of switching size of units after originally moving in 2 months ago…there was a new contract, new auto pay, dropped their company insurance I had purchased in the beginning… there were two pro-rated amounts we were dealing with both for the first unit and the second. Ram is very good with customers. I was having problem changing my credit card method online. She did it for in about 2 minutes. Thank you Ram
They answered my call and help me resolve my issues quickly. Andre was great explaining everything to me. Wonderful people.
