Patricia is amazing she has been so helpful and very detailed with how the unit work. She also been supportive and let us know any problems or promotions that have come up!! Snake in my unit! When I unlocked my storage unit today to get my kids winter clothes there was a massive snake in my unit. Animal control and police were dispatched when the police to ask for the owner and I called the number, I reached somebody and all they could say was they’re putting in an emergency request. The Snake has not been found and I’m scared to go to my storage unit Where’s my two small children and yet, I am paying for a storage unit, I cannot even access due to The Snake and no one there to assist me.
