The girls at Copperfield are amazing (Ski, Adrianna and Hannah) I moved in today and this process was smooth! They were super friendly and had me approved and moved in within 24hr! I also love the lay out of the unit! I will be referring someone so I can get that referral bonus. Thank you ladies.
Outside of everything else that occurs we haven’t had much issues but every time we do have a problem. The maintenance man Billy comes with no hesitation and is always a great help. He most definitely is the highlight of staying here. He’s respectful, kind, and hardworking. He deserves his credit For sure!
They provided an incomplete temporary solution by giving us only 1 fan for our 2BHK unit. When we requested another fan, they informed us that they can provide only one fan, despite being aware that our unit is 2BHK. Furthermore, they suggested keeping doors and windows open for ventilation until the main part arrives. When we asked for tracking updates on the main part, they claimed to have no information. I came on here to leave a review for the work that I see Bill doing around the property and it saddens me to read some of these reviews. I have been at Copperfield for 6yrs and I have experienced all the water shut offs and all the other things that happens to older buildings. Since Vesta took over and Bill started doing the plumbing the water shut offs have changed drastically. Sometimes yes the water gets shut off frequently but Bill makes sure it’s not shut off for very long periods of time. I remember when a leak would t... read more
