I highly recommend Corby Mortgage. This was not an easy deal as I had no pre-existing mortgages or loans. Corby Mortgage got the deal done. I was originally directed to Guarantee Rate by my broker - they were unsure that they could meet my schedule, structure the deal I wanted, or get the low rate I was looking for.
