If you find yourself in need of an attorney this is the place. Everyone, from the lawyers to the customer care reps, are all extremely helpful and nice. Lead attorney Brittany moved the case along quickly, despite COVID related delays and issues getting prompt responses from the other side. I was kept up to date regarding what was happening in the case, what the next steps would be and details regarding billing charges. Case was resolved amicably and with no drama and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Set up a consultation after being told the retainer would be anywhere from 1500 t0 2500 dollars. Was told the 180 dollar fee would be applied to the retainer if we liked the attorney. The attorney told us he didn't even know if he could take our case and that it would be a week before he would know. Said the retainer would be atleast 10000 dollars start if they even agreed to take our case. Was on the phone 20 minutes and no advice was given. Made an appointment in the Medford office. After a 45 minute commute, I was informed my appt. was cancelled. I received no notice, despite the fact they had my email and phone number. Very unprofessional, would never return.

Worst experience of my life, I should have represented myself. Their lawyers have so many clients the can only spend minutes a day on your case they most likely have to bill out so many hours a week or lose their job, which means they don't actually have the time to properly represent you , I mean come on how can you work on a different case 7 or eight times an hour and expect to do your best. This is one of the most disreputable law firms I have ever come across. I reached out as they said they helped fathers litigate their cases. When I spoke to the attorney Andrew Ordyna-Pimentel, I explained my situation and what had just transpired in my case. I asked about filing an appeal and he asked for a retainer which I paid and we agreed he would not exceed the retainer. This firm strongly recommended I seek an adjustment in child support payments because I was paying well above guidelines. Although no circumstances had changed the MA courts do have a precedent (Morales vs. Morales) that indicates the court will recalculate support in accordance with guidelines, according to my assigned attorney.
