Ask them to do work or complain about how lost they are and they will drop you and take your money after they decide who’s turn it is to be your attorney. Exact words “I took the last … it’s her turn.” And then the email “I can’t take your case, but we’ve hired a new attorney for your area and she will be taking it on”. Wendell Clark did a fantastic job. He was one of 4 or 5 lawyers I interviewed and the only one who seemed to take my case as seriously as I did. He was compassionate and client-centered throughout the whole process and was able to get us to the best outcome I could have hoped for.
