I was handed a garnishment order from ORS which took them less than the stated 14days to start stealing my wages. I hired Tyson and got results and the case completed and closed in about a month and a half with my stolen wages returned to me by ORS. I am impressed with the speed in which it was handled and resolved. If I ever need a family lawyer again, he will be the first one I call. Thanks Tyson for everything you did to resolve my case in a very quick time frame.

I invested a significant amount in this case and came prepared with substantial supporting evidence, yet the outcome was extremely disappointing. Communication throughout the process was limited, and I often had to initiate follow-ups myself. I did not feel adequately guided or supported leading up to the hearing, and the last-minute connection before the case added to that concern. Do not use this firm. I was billed over10,000 dollars and couldn't even get a pretrial. Using them was the Worst decision I have made during this divorce. For your benefit... Use any other attorney. Their rate is anywhere from 350.00 an hour to 490.00 an hour. Almost every other attorney is 250.00 an hour. The only time you want to see these guys in court is if they are representing your ex.

Do not use this firm at all. Hire the firm and it started off great. Did the consultation that went well and paid for that as well. But then they say that attorney has a lot of cases so assigned me another attorney. Now you have to explain everything all over again and pay them for the hour. Moving on to the next time they screwed me over money. My case was now deferred and sent to another jurisdiction where I have a hearing months from now. Save your money and your time. I cannot believe a law firm that advocates fathers rights could be so criminal. They extort money from people trying to right a wrong. They definitely do not have a clients best interest at hand. I had used this legal team once before for a false protection order, and was cleared with ease. Do not work with them. I'm currently going through a divorce and I've paid a total of $3598.50 for a response to my wife's petition, a motion for temporary orders, and an affidavit. I've received nothing else from them and yet they still want another $257.00 from me. None of this has been filed, even though one of the billing statements looks like it has charged me as if they've filed the papers. Before you even think about calling this overpriced and preposterous company, do your research on the internet. I know the advertising is great, but it is all phony. They have no clue and do not care about any fathers rights. Cordell and Cordell and all the associates are hungry for your cash! I was represented by Douglas Anderson and Ryan Stanger of Cordell & Cordell, Clearfield Utah branch. I spent over $20,000.00 in 4 months and lost physical and legal custody of my son and have no visitation. I could not possibly have done worse if I represented myself.
