Evelyn Rodriquez is an amazing Attorney. I have a son that has Autism and my now ex husband (thanks to Evelyn) who walked out of his life years before our divorce was finalized was trying to cause so many problems with visitation and the terms of the Divorce.. I fired two lawyers and interviewed three more for my divorce case. My two lawyers just sucked money out of me for doing NOTHING! I found myself being desperate with my divorce case. I hired this law firm expecting professionalism and responsiveness, especially given that my case involved children. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. On more than one occasion, my attorney arrived late to court, which immediately raised concerns about preparedness and respect for the process. More troubling was the lack of communication. I arrived at 9:50am for a 10:00am appointment the last week of June 2023 and the receptionist signed me in and knocked on the door of attorney Cody Casper but there was no answer. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and then called two phone numbers to inquire on the when I would meet with the attorney. I left one voicemail and the explained to another colleague I was still waiting for the attorney and asked if she could help confirm his availability. I trusted these people. They took advantage of me. They gave me quotes for services they did not honor. Even though I had them in writing via emails, they brushed it off. They lied about filing fees, server fees and time spent on paperwork. I paid over $3,000 when according to their written quotes their service shouldn't have cost me more than $1000. They don't care if you're a man or woman they'll rip you off regardless. Go somewhere else. A paralegal could've filed the same paperwork for a fraction of the cost and they'll ... read more

Over charged. They were nt helpful and didn't put my best interest first. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
