I think that people who happening talking on the phone with customers should learn more about listening and helping customers. I found myself in a difficult situation and called to work on resolution, spoke with Cheryl ( not sure of spelling)and it was horrible. She seems to not listen, not hearing me and not trying to help me resolve my issue, worst customer service ever. Worst bank I have ever dealt with! I have been a member since early 2016 and over-drafted my account by $30 and was charged $60 and reported to the 3 major credit companies. This is definitely a mom and pop bank, the benefits suck, and there are other banks/credit unions that have better features!
I bought out my leased vehicle back in March and the best interest rate they could find me was just under 8% with PNC Bank. And that's with an excellent credit score. Shame on me for not researching and going into it better prepared with a different lender. After paying $400 a month for a technically used car, I decided I wanted to try and refinance for a better rate.
