I have been with this credit union for a few years. The staff are excellent. The services are even better. I have no regrets with my decision to join.

I had a large sum of cash that I needed to exchange for larger bills, they took a simple procedure and made such a big deal out of it. I am really questioning rather this bank is for me. Feeling disappointed!!!
We joined CCFCU in the middle of 2020 and have to say it was the best decision we ever made. Receiving much better customer service than we ever received from our former "Big Bank" we worked with. Also have a great teen program to help our 14-year old save her money. Highly recommend looking into switching your accounts to a Credit Union vs. the "Big Bank". You won't regret it.
