I worked with Bret recently on my first home purchase. He was really great at making time for answering all of my questions, both over the phone and text. When I was making offers on homes, he provided preapproval letters with great responsiveness, often within minutes. Later, he kept me updated throughout the closing process. I appreciate a responsive person and Bret fits that description perfectly. When buying or refinancing a house (he has helped us with both) you want someone that will be there to answer difficult questions quickly. The best part is he is open to nearly any form of communication from email to phone or in-person. I worked with other companies in the past that insisted on phone calls only and that does not fit my work schedule. His flexibility made the process very smooth and very efficient.
