Heather was consistent with the entire process. Her attentiveness to our needs were amazing. She helped us every step and if we had questions her patience, follow up... and if we left a message she called us back in less than 24 hours if not immediately!! This was a stress free process thanks to her. She makes it clear to lean on her for assistance. I could go on an on about her professionalism but space is limited.
