I am very satisfied with help, knowledge, and time that Mr. Lance and Mrs. Emily gave me. I am a first time home buyer, I am fortunate to have a low interest rate, a home with some yard and drive way, and I closed July 9th 2021.
As a first time home buyer, lance and his team worked extra hard to help make my dream of owning my own home come true. Any question, concern, etc that I had, they were quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Right from the start back in April, Lance and Emily were great to deal with, they made to process so easy. We had not purchased a house in 42 years. We were in Connecticut and looking for a home in North Carolina and they were always available for any questions we had. We closed in October, I would recommend them to anyone buying a house in the area.
