Huge shout out to Kerry Day and his awesome team at Cornerstone Home Loans for saving the day and a ton of earnest money for our client! Caleb was such a pleasure to work with! He was able to walk us through the loan process for buying my mother-in-laws house and give us options on the best way to purchase it that we had no idea about. Even before meeting with him other loan companies weren’t able to help us the way he did. He walked us through the whole process step by step and made sure we felt comfortable with ever decision made. He was responsive at all times when we had questions and thorough with his work.

From our first questions about buying a home over a year before we were ready to buy, and all the way through the loan and buying process later down the road, he was kind, very helpful, and professional.
