Tim and his team are on another level. We had a 15 day escrow and were approved well ahead of schedule. His team are very responsive. Beyond that Tim helped beyond his duties, getting insurance, inspections, advise, contractors. When you go with someone with integrity and experience you get a lot more than just a loan. Tim is the most honest, helpful and straightforward person I've had the pleasure of working with.

We have used the HLC team at Cornerstone Lending for over 27 years. We have done four purchases and three refinances with them. They are absolutely the best! Tim is incredible and the entire team is knowledgeable, efficient, and helps you through every step of the way. I've had the great pleasure of working with Tim and Leslie on multiple occasions. Tim and Leslie have superior response times and customer service. They are readily available, knowledgable, and very communicative with every step of the process. I got a preapproval within a day from them with one client I had. Another time Leslie called me back within an hour to answer my questions related to loans. These guys are the greatest.
