The process started really slow. Laura did the best she could working alone with so many files. The volume complicated communication in the beginning and as a first time buyer, this resulted in extreme levels of anxiety. But overall Laura was great.

Megan is very attentive to each query and always reply on time either by phone, text, or email. There’s also less paperwork for loan requirements. She also presented me with great options to choose from and is well-versed with each option presented.
