Elizabeth and Mayerline were amazing in assisting with our home loan process. We could not be happier with the ease and communication we experienced with Crestmark. We had previously gone through USAA and it took forever to get the loan processed but with Crestmark it was very quick and very easy.

Crestmark Mortgage was amazingly helpful despite the many hurdles we experienced. The hurdles were not on our end, but rather the buyer transaction of our old home that was tied to our new home by. I contacted Elizabeth multiple times throughout the process to work out contingencies if certain events were to occur. I even reached out to her on a Saturday! Megan Teels entire team was amazing from beginning to end. We’ve heard horror stories from family/friends about the mortgage process. However, it was nothing like that for us. Cornerstone Lending / Megan Teal and her team took the time to investigate the issues we were having with other lenders that could not manage to get a deal done. Quicken Loans couldn't do it.
