Anytime there is a problem that they are responsible for they either don't forward the information to the board to get the issue taken care of, or tell the homeowner to contact someone themselves (to pay put of pocket). Despite the fact its a known issue that happens multiple times a year effecting multiple units. The ONLY way to get traction is to contact the president of the company or a HOA lawyer.
Respond to your resident emails. It's not that hard. Ignored residents don't just go away. Hopefully next HOA meeting we can discuss replacing cornerstone with a management company who tries a bit. Look at all the one star reviews, all for the same general issues. Who runs this clown show?
HOA Management Companies are commonly getting bad reviews primarily because of the manager or lack of attention needed to properties by the management company. This review is to the contrary! As a vendor for CPI, we are leaving a 5 star review due to the amazing communication we have received. The managers reply fast, they include all necessary details, and still treat you as a human.
I’m a homeowner in a property managed by Cornerstone. I have been trying to report a simple violation of the CC&Rs for over a month and have been ignored by both the corporate office and our community manager employed by Cornerstone. Other community members are reporting that they are also being ignored. My HOA fees are over $260 a month and this is the service that homeowners receive in return; nothing!
