I've been living here for ~3 years and I can't recommend it enough. I moved here because I was in a rush to find an affordable apartment near my new workplace. I officially moved in a week ago and I love my new place! Beautiful, clean, and spacious townhomes in a quiet area. They are quick with the snow cleanup, communicate well with residents through emails, and my neighbors were kind enough to help me shovel my car out after a snowstorm. Jennifer made the touring/application process smooth and I’m happy to be a new member of this community.
We have had the absolute pleasure of living here at Cornfield Apartments for the last 12 years. 1. The management team is friendly, professional, and have always been willing to assist with any concerns we have had. 2. Cornfield apartments is an amazing place to live! Kathy and Liz are wonderful property managers. They are extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. I’ve been renting here for 6 years and have never been happier! All of the staff treat you like family, the grounds are well kept and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live.
I have lived at this location for almost five years and I must say it’s certainly the best complex I’ve lived in since moving to Connecticut. The rental office staff on-site, Kathy and Liz, are always friendly and communicates back as soon as possible if there are any issues.
