I don't recommend it for anything in the world, they broke into our storage and they only tell you that they are not responsible for you to settle with the insurance company, which is of no use, they want to give you the minimum for everything they stole from me, apart from the fact that It was their fault because apart from the fact that they don't have cameras, the continuous storage was never closed with padlocks, which according to them had already been unoccupied for months, so they got in from that storage, easily open... read more
Writhing this to express my praise for your Leasing Consultant, Jeanette Castro. Mentioned weeks ago for my need of a smaller unit weeks ago. Was preparing to hit the submit button on another site and Jeanette called informing me of an availability. Jeanette saved me countless moments of travel and distress. She has always been very mindful and pleasant, yet works with the highest degree of efficiency and integrity. Jeanette is most definitely a 5 STAR EMPLOYEE!!!
This is an email I sent today because there was no way to contact the proprietors of this business. "I tried to get into my unit today at about noon. The gate was inoperable. After closer inspection it appeared as though someone tamper with it, AKA; broke it. It wouldn’t open but was open enough to squeeze a body through. I call the Adams County Sheriff and a deputy and myself squeezed through and did a quick inspection and found nothing obviously out of place or amiss. Bottom line; I couldn’t get into my locker.
