Randy the sales rep explained everything very well so I knew what I should expect, my tech Cody did a great job as well installing. Very happy with the process and glad I chose to let revamped security secure my home!
Jon was very thorough in his installation and in explaining to me how my new system works. He happily answered any questions I had in great detail. At the end of the installation, he walked me through recommendations for additional security and safety measures I could take to protect my home and family.
