After weather delays, the job was done completely, thoroughly, and clearly. It was done from start to finish in six hours with an extremely capable crew. It also fit into our schedule which was quite busy on this particular day. We used him 20 years ago on our roof, the reason we used him again. The job was equally well done this time.

After an invasion by squirrels, we had a sudden need for a roof replacement in December. Having met with several roofing specialists, Biondo Contracting was our selected contractor. It was not a difficult decision as the other candidates paled in comparison during the inspection and cost estimate process. Sam Biondo conducted a thorough inspection of the existing roof, took the time to explain our options in depth and presented a professional, written estimate detailing all of the expenses - not just a total amount for the job. Biondo Contracting arrived on the scheduled start date at the scheduled start time and immediately began working. The roof replacement was completed on the same day. All of the debris was removed from the property. The Biondo Contracting team, at all times, acted in a professional manor and exhibited total respect for the property. We later had the living room cathedral ceiling, which was also damaged, replaced. Having been thoroughly pleased with the roof replacement we once again selected the Biondo Contracting team. Once again, all of the above applied and the ceiling replacement is awesome! To sum it all up, there are contractors and there is Biondo Contracting. If you're in the need, Sam's your Man!

I have called on Biondo Contracting several times to do some work for me., most recently to do a total roof replacement. As always, Sam and his people did a great job. I will certainly be calling Sam again should the need arise.
