Very poor performance, unorganized and unable to meet deadlines. Sizable order placed, multiple mistakes and over 6 weeks late on delivery of goods.
Order 25 cotton tote bags, paid for overnight shipping Package has not arrive, Cheryl say it would be here. It has not arrived as promised. I try calling Cheryl she has blocked my number. What customer service is this? I emailed. As of now I am stump on what to do. she has taken $200 dollars of mine. If anyone can get a hold of Cheryl that would be great. I would like my product or my money back.
Customer Service is horrific. I've been trying to get ahold of someone at CorpPromo for the last month. I've sent emails and have made phone calls to various numbers that I have found connected to the company. I was told that My boss was getting a refund for the faulty and damaged products that the company sold to us. Considering how responsive the employees were beforehand I can only imagine that they are dodging me now. There has been zero response, to emails, the phone lines are constantly busy or only ring twice.
