I am a new guy from Canada who happen to be at CORT Furniture Store located at Rockville, MD, USA by accident. There inside, I met Lisa and her supervisor who have been absolutely professional, charming, friendly, and super helpful. Besides and very stunningly, the store has truly great items for unbelievably low price. Hence, please check it out yourself and this is my objective judgment.
I rented from Cort for a year. Delivery and pick up were great, but they refused to respond to emails and inquiries as to why I was charged a security deposit when the agreement said it didn't include one. They delivered the wrong chair and then charged me twice for a delivery fee even though it was their mistake on delivering the wrong chair. Furniture was quite mangy - the lampshades were filthy. Do not deal with this company at all. Buyer beware. Customer service? That will cost you extra. Consider yourself warned.
If you are looking for upgrade used furniture, this is for you. They deliver and set up.
