CORT’s customer service is absolutely amazing. Nicholas helped us every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to meet all our needs. We furnished our entire house, and he was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very helpful service working with Nicholas to furnish my apartment. Store is well arranged for the sizable inventory and great prices. Nicholas was able to locate an item that wasn’t on the floor room that I really liked. He arranged and confirmed my upcoming delivery date. I am so glad I didn’t piecemeal it and bought everything from one store! Highly recommend.
This review is for Cort limited yet very diverse selection of latest furniture and furnishing and their excellent customer service. We visited on Friday 10 minutes before closing worried if we would be told to return tomorrow ( has happened at other stores ). We were welcomed by Kurt who helped us understand the price and quality of the products we were interested in patiently . I’ve bought a set of table and 4 chairs today at a very good price. Last year, we have bought 9 chairs from them, it’s very durable and comfortable. Even the old one looks very new. Kurt is very professional, helpful and very nice! He helped me a lot like moving the chairs and table and fixing my old chair which I’ve bought last year. Highly recommended for high quality furniture at a very good price and very friendly staff.
