Stopped in on my search for a dresser. Stan was incredibly helpful even though they didn't have the style that I was looking for. He gave great suggestions, explained a bit of Cort's background, and gave me the space to walk through the store to shop on my own. Great experience and I enjoyed our chat.
I manage The Gallery on Fifth in Downtown Tucson, Arizona and employee Frank "Ponch" Rangel was such an amazing person! He has amazing customer service and such an amazing spirit. They moved all the furniture out so quickly, left the apartment empty, and made sure everything was secured. He is such a great employee and should be highly valued, he paints a great picture for the company!
I’ve come here three times and can always find something I want. They always have good prices and good deals if you are willing to wait. I got a 25% off on thanksgiving, and for a wool area rug I wanted, I eventually got it for 50% off after waiting for couple weeks. I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the friendly staff here, they are always so helpful! Especially Stan, he’s helped me so many times. Thanks Stan!!
If you have a pet that so much as TOUCHES any furniture you rent from CORT, they will claim it as a TOTAL LOSS upon return. Rented furniture from CORT and had a terrible experience at the end of my lease. They tried to charge me over $1,000 claiming multiple items were a “total loss” due to a supposed “strong odor” despite minimal visible wear and no actual damage to most of the furniture.
