Got a great deal on some amazing furniture. Very upscale at a great value. The manager of the store Rick was extremely helpful making for a great experience. He even stayed late so we could come back to make a 2nd trip. Thanks Rick!!!

Went to Cort Furniture for the first time to check it out, Rick greater and welcomed us. It was the greatest customer service experience that I have ever had in any store. Rick was extremely helpful and friendly, he helped us shape our ideas for our living room furniture. We ended up getting a great deal on a high quality beautiful sofas and love seat set that looks gorgeous in our house. Delivery was prompt, easy, and quick. I highly recommend the store and don’t forget to have a friendly chat with Rick.

First, the design layout inside the store is amazing. I love how each section is so well decorated which helped me to envision how these pieces will look in my house. Second, we loved working with Rick. He made sure all of our questions were answered, provided history and condition of each piece. I recently bought a couch, love seat, and two arm chairs. The manager, Rick, was incredibly helpful. I had ordered the furniture online without seeing it in person first. He contacted me to let me know that there was an issue with the couch and also let me know the couch and loveseat/chairs didn't really go well together even though it looked that way online.
