I had a very limit item I was shopping for in bedroom furniture. They get "new" inventory every week, so I patiently checked them out over several weeks. They were respectful I was just looking, never pushed me for accepting something I didn't need, but yet they were helpful for any questions. He gave me the history of the company and what my shopping expectations would be from selecting pieces of furniture, the various pricing, and delivery.
