The only positive experience I had with this company was that the furniture looked good and comfortable, and the moving staff was very nice and fast. Other than that, every single interaction with customer service was horrible from delivery to pick up and everything in between. For delivery, I had to sleep in an air mattress for almost a week because of a scheduling error. DO NOT rent from this company. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Sales representatives were awful to deal with and had major attitude problems.They were not helpful nor compassionate that we just lost everything in a fire. We ordered the top of the line mattress that fully sunk in after 6 months of use. We had to place folded towels in between the mattress and baseboard to keep it from sinking further. Horrible will not rent again. The first time they set me up a broken chair, a bowed table and an uncomfortable bed, which ended up giving me severe back injuries and had to visit several chiropractors. I asked them to switch the bed out which they were borderline, incompetent and doing that and then trying to charge us a fee. They did not give us any heads up when they were arriving said they would be there on a certain day they never came that happened three times and then tried to charge us and outrageous fee. Absolutely horrible experience and will never work with or refer them again.
I live in Revere and since I come from work in Watertown I stop through central sq. This place is the only place I see that will give me a nice bedroom set with a cute little lamp. The staff are great and the prices!!!! When I first saw this place I thought they were going to be expensive. I walked in. To look around and saw a bedroom in a Group.. Ya think I didn't buy it!!!
