We have experienced nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from CORT Furniture. Ari Kapner was our salesperson and the one we had regular contact with. We had some special situations which Ari handled with the utmost professionalism and customer service. I can't say enough good things about Ari as he was always advocating for us in our time of need. After shopping around at a few similar stores, we found that CORT offered the best value for what we needed. Ari provided me with outstanding customer service and made the process very seamless - everything from talking me through the options to following up to make sure the delivery was made. The delivery guys were on time, courteous, and set up the furniture as I asked. I hope the return policy will be just as smooth.
